spacious suite great location
I got a room upgrade, so the family suite tapiaz was very spacious. the location is great for accessing the slopes (so convenient!) and the shops. i really enjoyed the pool and the aquafit classes. Such fun!
The hotel didn't inform guests about the fire alarm tests beforehand. It caused some unnecessary confusion and disruption.

Romantic mountain escape
amazing location relaxing spa helpful staff
I found the location perfect with amazing facilities. The spa was a wonderful retreat at the end of each day to unwind before enjoying the restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the cleanliness was really good.

Wonderful Stay Near the Slopes
modern room large pool comfy seating
The hotel's ski boot room was convenient and located just across the street from the slope. I enjoyed the spa facilities with a large pool. The outdoor sauna was gorgeous. it faced the slopes. The lounge had many comfy seats and access to the bar.
The breakfast lacked fresh vegetables or a salad option for vegetarians. I hope they address this issue in the future.

Our superior double room had views of the slopes. It was clean and provided adequate space for our luggage. The bed was comfy and featured quality linens.

Breakfast included many options displayed near large windows, it provided a lovely view of the slopes. The ski lift was right outside the windows. I liked the variety of food.

The staff were helpful. They addressed every inquiry. The receptionist was friendly and the restaurant staff were efficient. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

Excellent Stay Near the Slopes
helpful staff large choice accessible locker consistent egg
the staff was helpful. breakfast offered a large choice. i especially liked that i could boil my own egg to the right consistency. the ski locker area was easily accessible.
the pool was a little cool, presumably due to the hotel recently opening.

The room was lovely and provided beautiful views. it featured proximity to the lift and accessible ski locker area. The room size was adequate. i found it comfortable.

the hotel included a jacuzzi, hamam, a swimming pool and a sauna. these facilities seemed perfect for après-ski relaxation. the breakfast was varied and delicious, therefore, the hotel was faultless
